恆星學坊，全名「社區式日間照顧中心－恆星學坊」。在103年因一群高中畢業後，因社會教養機構不足或結束服務的心智障礙者，不知該何去何從而成立。也是從104年開始，這群人開始長達10年的繪畫活動，透過繪畫藝術啟發他們潛在的內心世界，讓這群很難透過言語表達自己的人，能夠在創作中展現最獨特的自己。新竹智協自105年開始每年都會在新竹市辦理美展，並不定期的與各方單位合作展出。
心智障礙者的畫作，可以讓人感受到「這就是他！」一種直觀、通透，從心靈上更了解這個人的感受。他們的畫作沒有預想、沒有造作，只是自身純然的展現。他們單純又複雜，3歲、16歲、23歲、40歲的特質在他們身上融合；他們的藝術複雜又單純，人生經歷毫不掩飾的展現在畫作上，認識畫作就認識了他的一部分。每位創作者都有自己獨特的美術風格，與長年感受色彩，極為成熟的色彩運用。邀請您前來貼近他們的心靈，也貼近自己的心。

The full name of Hengxing (Stellar) Academy is "Community Day Care Center - Hengxing (Stellar) Academy". It was established in 2014 for a group of mentally disabled people who graduated from high school and didn’t know where to go due to insufficient social education institutions or services. Also starting in 2015, this group of people began to paint, this activity is still on-going for 10 years. This group of people who have difficulty expressing themselves through words can show the most unique ideas in their creations. Hsinchu Intellectual Association has held art exhibitions in Hsinchu City every year since 2016, and occasionally cooperates with various units to exhibit.
Paintings of people with mental disabilities is straightforward, easy to feel. Audience can easily feel "This is him/her!" An intuitive and transparent way of understanding this person's feelings from the soul. Their paintings have no preconceptions or pretense, they are just pure expressions of themselves. They are simple and complex, and the characteristics of ages from 3, 16, 23, and 40 are integrated in them; their art is complex and simple, and their life experiences are unabashedly displayed in the paintings. When you know the paintings, you know a part of them. Each creator has his/her own unique art style with extremely mature use of color. We sincerely invite you to come for the art feast, to feel their hearts, and yours, too.
