The exhibition is called "Eleform". In Mandarin, “elephant” and “form/ phenomena” are written as the same word, and it pronounce “Xiang”. Lo Wen Jen hopes that through this exhibition, the public can arouse more attention to the environment. It may start from the source, from our heart. The elephant represents animals and phenomena. The forest is our most primitive home, nurturing all things, and it also represents the environment in which plants, animals, and insects grow. In recent years, with the depletion of natural resources and climate change, the world starts focus on environmental protection and sustainable development. The inspiration for this exhibition "Eleform" comes from the artist's memory and perception of nature as a child. The environment in his childhood was pure, with clear river water, fresh air, and a wide variety of animals and plants. However, the current extreme industrial development has caused damage and pollution, and the ecological environment is increasingly severe. Through pure sculptural techniques, the artist attempts to restore those beautiful moments, present the vitality of nature, and make the audience to discover the precious natural resources again. We hope to awaken environmental awareness and support the concepts of environmental protection and sustainable development with practical actions. " Eleform" is not only an exhibition, but also a reminder and an appeal. Encourage people to start their own actions and changes, with the goal of returning to pure nature, so that all things can share the world.
